We are Young Change Agents.
Young Change Agents is a NFP social enterprise with a mission to help young people see problems as opportunities through entrepreneurship. Our focus is on building the mindset, skillset and toolset of young people and we do this in a scalable way by investing in eco-system development, teacher capacity building and proprietary technology to support our face-to-face programs.
In 2025, Young Change Agents released the Playbook for Entrepreneurial Education - a free resource for all schools that covers the why, how and what of introducing and embedding entrepreneurial education in K-12 Education. It was co-authored by Young Change Agents Co-Founder Margaret O’Brien, Entrepreneurial Educator of the Year 2022, Dr Renae Jones and Tom Griffith - Director Teaching & Learning at entrepreneurial specialist school, Seaton HS.
In 2025/26, Young Change Agents has partnered with the Australian Secondary Principals Association to deliver the transformational Entrepreneurial Schools two-year initiative - which sees 20 public high schools involved over 2 years.
Young Change Agents programs are inclusive of all youth including marginalised and disadvantaged young Australians.
Jess Magarey, Mount Gambier SHS
“Knowing that Young Change Agents were championing this work with us made it feel less lonely - they’ve just been so supportive.”
April Lewis-Christie, Findon HS
“Young Change Agents are integral in bringing real-world voices and experiences into the classroom.”
